As webmaster, I try to select materials which I believe will be a blessing, encouragement and inspiration to all Christians. 

In some of the materials used on our website, there may be portions of the material which we do not totally agree or which does not entirely fit into our theological beliefs and practices, but which we believe are still worthy of discerning reading and enjoyment by Christians everywhere.

For example, we would on a few points disagree with Charles Spurgeon, but he wrote and preached some of the greatest sermons and articles ever written on gospel subjects, and it would be ridiculous not to include his materials whenever possible on any Christian website.

We are Fundamental Baptists and we accept the King James Version Bible as God’s written Word without reservations.

Materials on our site which does not have a copyright notice may be considered in the public domain.  You may post our public domain materials on another website provided you attribute them to Pine Hill Baptist Church and include a link to http://phbconline.org. 

The design and HTML code of our web pages are copyrighted and may not be reproduced.  Other copyrighted material is clearly marked as such and is subject to the usual and unfortunate legal restrictions.

We have tried to be extremely careful to include:

1. Material that is in the public domain.  This includes material which pre-dates copyright laws and material whose copyright has expired.  In the United States, material dated 1922 or earlier is usually in the public domain; other countries’ laws may vary.
   
   
2. Material that we have the copyright holder’s permission to use.

In some cases, we could not fully trace the origin of a resource, but due to its source, it is believed to be in the public domain.  If we have inadvertently included any material with a copyright still in force, let us know and we will remove the material immediately.  If any copyright infringement has occurred, it was unintentional.  This site is non-commercial and generates no income.  Its sole purpose is to provide resources to help Christians advance the Kingdom of God.
